Travel Service Agreement

I understand that Glamorous Getaways is not responsible for denied entry into any country for any guest. I understand that all guests are responsible for ensuring that they have all the proper documents required for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the guest's photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. I understand that minors traveling without both parents or legal guardians may need a notarized permission letter for travel outside the U.S., and that travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry into certain countries. Each guest is responsible for determining whether any issues may affect the immigration or customs process in a foreign country. Being denied entry may result in a complete financial loss associated with my trip. I understand that a passport is required for international travel, including for children and infants, and that some countries (including but not limited to Dubai, Jamaica, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Aruba, Turks and Caicos, St. Martin, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, and countries in Europe) require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel. I understand that it is my responsibility to review and understand passport requirements and travel advisories for both the United States and the destinations I will be visiting.

I understand that Glamorous Getaways is not an agent of the hotel I have selected and has no control over refund policies or other rules mandated by the hotel.

I understand that Glamorous Getaways is not an insurance agency and that third-party Trip Protection is optional, and the cost is non-refundable once purchased. I acknowledge that I have been advised about purchasing Travel Protection through Glamorous Getaways and the possible consequences if I choose not to purchase Travel Protection. By signing below, I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of my travel costs and/or require additional expenses to correct the situation. I also acknowledge that without insurance, there may be no way to recover any losses, costs, or expenses incurred.

I understand that if I purchase travel insurance and choose to cancel my vacation before departure, the cost of the travel insurance is non-refundable.

I ACCEPT Travel Insurance. (an additional cost starting at $79.00 Per person. Refund in the form of a travel credit) I ACCEPT Travel Insurance. (Additional cost starting at $79.00 per person. Eligible refunds, if applicable under the policy terms, may be provided in the form of a travel credit.) I DECLINE Travel Insurance. I understand that declining travel insurance could result in the loss of all travel costs and expenses associated with my trip.

I acknowledge and understand that my U.S. medical insurance may not provide coverage for injuries or illnesses sustained outside the United States of America. By declining travel insurance, I accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injury, illness, or medical emergency while traveling abroad.

I understand that if I do not pay off my trip by the payment deadline, my reservation may be automatically canceled. Glamorous Getaways will submit a request for a refund; however, a refund is not guaranteed unless travel protection has been purchased.

I understand that travel pricing is subject to change and may fluctuate at any time. If I am booking a travel package that was advertised more than one (1) day ago, the price may have increased or decreased since it was originally posted.

Flights – I understand that Glamorous Getaways has no control over delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, or natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, landslides, volcanic eruptions, and avalanches. I understand that Glamorous Getaways is not responsible for missed flights, airline schedule changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

I understand that travel between June and September is generally considered hurricane season in many Caribbean destinations and parts of Mexico. I acknowledge that weather conditions may impact my travel experience. Glamorous Getaways is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control that may affect travel plans.

Modification Fee – I have verified that all traveler names and information are accurate and match exactly as they appear on their government-issued identification. I understand that if there is an error in the information provided, or if I need to make changes to my existing reservation, I am responsible for any modification fees imposed by Glamorous Getaways and/or the travel supplier or vendor used. I understand that failure to correct names, dates of birth, or other required traveler information may result in travelers being unable to check in, board flights, or receive travel services purchased through Glamorous Getaways. I further understand that any additions, modifications, or changes made to my trip may incur a modification fee.

I have verified that all travelers names and information is accurate.

Bedding – I understand that if the bedding type is not specified in the room category (e.g., King Bed, Two Double Beds, etc.), bedding preferences are subject to availability and will be assigned by the resort at the time of check-in.

Cancelation Policy - I understand that canceling my trip will result in a $100.00 non refundable cancelation fee. If I chose to decline Travel Insurance, I am aware that my vacation may not be refundable and that it is at the discretion of the supplier.

I verify that I am the authorized user of the payment card submitted for this transaction and agree not to initiate a chargeback for services properly authorized and provided. In the event that I attempt, without the authorization of Glamorous Getaways, to charge back, reverse, or recover a trip payment that has already been made, Glamorous Getaways reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recovery efforts, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

I verify that I am the authorized user of this card and waive my right to initiate a chargeback.

Once the partial deposit is received, a representative from Glamorous Getaways will contact you via email with instructions for submitting the remaining deposit and confirming final pricing. I understand that a partial deposit does not secure my room and/or room-and-flight package. Full payment of the required deposit must be received to secure my reservation.
